Get moving - your exercise guide to leg fitness

An active lifestyle is good for anyone, at any age and it is great for leg health, as it encourages the flow of blood back up to the heart.

The best form of exercise is taking part in an active sport as often as four times per week, although even a brisk walk can make a big difference to the health of your legs.

Top Tips
