Q) What happens when we have leg problems?
A) Minor leg problems, such as sore muscles, aches and pains commonly occur during sport, play or work activities. A) A healthy lifestyle including a diet rich in vitamins and fibre and low in saturated fat, plus plenty of exercise is helpful, but it cannot give a one hundred percent guarantee that you will not suffer from leg problems at some time.
